Bought 50% of a residential building, from a family inheritance for a very discounted price. Negotiated for a number of years with the other owner and managed to finally acquire the whole building for less than 600/m2 which is about 30% of its market price for development. Currently in development of a high-end Residential Building with 14 apartments, private garden with swimming pool and underground parking.
